Refund policy

We are a small business, and to keep our operations running smoothly, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or faulty. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll be happy to assist with a replacement or refund.

We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Exchanges depend on stock availability.To request an exchange, contact us at enquiries@bledi.co with your order details.
